Enforce the laws of the State of South Carolina, Town of Cowpens ordinances, and federal laws.

Job duty 2 of 3
Patrol the town and respond to calls for service

Job duty 3 of 3
Investigate crimes within the city to include but not limited to: issuing citations, obtaining arrest warrants, obtaining search warrants, attending court, and perform related law enforcement work as required

Qualifications

Qualification 1 of 3
Must have a High School Diploma or GED and clean driving record

Qualification 2 of 3
Complete application process to include extensive background investigation, drug screening, etc.

Qualification 3 of 3
Must attend and complete all required training at South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.

Pay info
$41,000 base pay, paid state health insurance, take-home vehicle
